This 30 minute barre-sculpt workout begins with upper body, using 3lb weights, then targets glutes, core, and outer thighs using 1.5lb ankle weights. It will finish with an abdominal series and a final stretch! All levels can do this! For beginners, just lose the equipment!
This is a fun sequence using a TheraBand that is designed to tone the arms, shoudlers, and waist, also offering up a little cardio with some side kicks....all this and an old school Whitney Houston song called, "My Name is Not Susan". This is level 1-2 and can also be done with light hand weights.
