Hello all! Wanted to let you know that I have a new Cardio Dance routine ready for you! It will be available to view on the 15th of this month. The routine is set to Filthy by Justin Timberlake. I made it pretty easy to follow, and a bit sexy, being that it is so close to Valentines Day and all. I would love to hear your thoughts on what your favorite dance routine is.
