This 30 minute barre-sculpt workout begins with upper body, using 3lb weights, then targets glutes, core, and outer thighs using 1.5lb ankle weights. It will finish with an abdominal series and a final stretch! All levels can do this! For beginners, just lose the equipment! This should be alternated 3-5 times per week with an MMB "Cardio" option!
