MMB Weekly Workout

MMB recommends a balance of Cardio and Strength to achieve optimal results. With this organized weekly workout, you know just what to do! Start your Monday with the "Cardio Segment", Tuesday will be "Strength", Wednesday will be "Cardio" and so on. Or you can start with "Strength", whatever you prefer! Two new 30-minute segments will appear every Monday at 6am. Light hand weights, ankle weights, and a mat are recommended for the sculpting sequences.

  • MMB "Strength" Week May 25th-May 31st

    This 30 minute barre-sculpt workout begins with upper body, using 3lb weights, then targets glutes, core, and outer thighs using 1.5lb ankle weights.
