Cardio Routine-MMB's newest creation

Created by Abbi Pollyea and Ashley Sicinski, each routine is designed to challenge both the mind and body. In studio, students have 1 month, (4 classes) to learn the routine. The idea is to learn the routine step-by-step and then dance it full out over and over again! The more you do it, the better the workout, and the fun increases! We love this creative new class and hope that you do too!

  • Cardio Routine Class-"Need You Tonight"

    Warm up and then follow a light stretch and sculpt segment. Learn the routine via the breakdown of moves and then perform the routine repeatedly for the "Routine Workout". It is recommended to do the "Routine Workout" twice. End with a cool down. The following playlist is used for this class.
