MMB Past Weekly Workouts
MMB recommends a balance of Cardio and Strength to achieve optimal results. With this organized weekly workout, you know just what to do! Start your Monday with the "Cardio Segment", Tuesday will be "Strength", Wednesday will be "Cardio" and so on. Or you can start with "Strength", whatever you prefer! Content from MMB Weekly Workouts will be moved to this category every week. Light hand weights, ankle weights, and a mat are recommended for the sculpting sequences.
